With Local Support we are managing your network. If the situation requires, we start with a Quick Scan of your ICT.

What do we use the Quick Scan tool for?

  • Technical infrastructure: how do your ICT facilities function?
  • We check the procedures within your ICT management (for example: backup procedure)
  • User experiences (after all, these are the users of the system)
We combine this information with the wishes of the management. Therefore we make a proposal on improvements to the current facilities and working methods.

Local Support Contract

Our philosophy is that management is a preventive measure. This allows us to prevent many failures in advance. Consequently the management costs a minimum of time, and the company has no loss of income. For maximum support and care, we offer you a Local Support Contract, which includes a "guarantee of support". In this contract we guarantee the complete management of your network for a fixed amount per year.

Service Support Contract

With this service you get support on demand. With a service Support Contract we assure you a reliable service throughout the year. For calamities, you can count on us till 22:00 hours at a fixed price per month.

We support you with your own local area network and workstations. We can also advise you on the purchase of hardware, software and Internet connections. If you wish, we deliver these issues directly to you.

Through our Online Support and our service desk by telephone, in most cases we can answer your questions directly. If necessary, of course, we visit your business location to help you out.
